Hardgainer Training the Wrong Way - Tips to Not Build Muscles and Stay Skinny

A hardgainer training the wrong way is like a hamster running on a wheel. They both go no where! They tend to get ahead of themselves. One day, they bench 150 pounds five times, and then the next week, they increase that by 10 pounds to try and do it five times again with really terrible form. This is why they do not build muscles and stay skinny.

Working out in proper form is definitely essential to building muscles. Do not let your ego get the best of you. A hardgainer hates to be called skinny so he gets impatient with working out. You can risk injury when you work out in bad form. People who bounce weights to get as many reps as possible are doing nothing but boosting their ego.

Tips to build muscles the right way so you can get rid of your skinny frame:

- Workout with lighter weights first so you can get the proper form in. Ask a personal trainer or someone in the gym who knows what he or she is doing. Once you get the hang of doing it the right way, then slowly increase weights every one to two weeks.
